Become the most stylish wicked witch at a Wizard of Oz party. The dress that is included with this costume is made of polyester and can be slipped on so your child can get it on easily. The top of the dress has black and green stripes in the center with sparkly black material on either side.There is a green belt with a pink belt buckle that is sewn into the the waist of the dress. The lower part of the dress has shiny green material on top of sparkly black material followed by sparkly pink mesh and fabric. There is a black petticoat built into the dress. The pink sparkly collar stands up behind the wear's head and has two spiders dangling on each side. The included tights are green and black striped with an elastic band around the waist to allow for comfortable wear.
