This unique child's wicked witch costume is a smash hit! The polyester/rayon dress has a "V" neckline with lace trim. The body of the dress has alternating rows of solid black stripes with wide flecks. Thin strips of black fringe trim border each row. The cotton drape sleeves have creases throughout for an even more one-of-a-kind look. Ruffled trim fully lines the draped sections of sleeves. The matching, fully formed witch hat has the same striped pattern as the dress body, as well as ruffled trim at brim edges. This witch costume is anything but ho-hum.
