There's nothing wicked about this witch costume for toddlers! It includes a black, polyester dress that velcros in the back for closure and trimmed in silver. "Oz" is written in silver on the chest with an image of the witch. The top portion has a green, sequin vest attached with a matching belt. The belt is embellished with a silver buckle and netting that also matches the long sleeves. The skirt is decorated with green petals attached at the waist (please note the petals do not have bows as pictured). The costume is complete with the include witch hat.
