This deluxe witch costume is sure to send chills down Dorothy's spine! The full length garb is made from high quality polyester and is fitted in the chest, arms and waist. A zipper is located in the back while silver buttons line the front. A full tulle petticoat slips on under the skirt for extra volume. A pointed cone shaped hat with a wire rim is also included.
