It's a 100% polyester blue woven gingham dress with an inset latex chest piece and attached white apron. It has short puffed and gathered sleeves, a scooped neckline and a back zipper. There are scraps of black poly knit mesh sewn to part of the neckline and waistline. The chest piece is molded and colored to resemble decaying flesh. The apron is sewn to the waist; it's white poly knit edged with white lace, and has ties that go around to the back. The entire dress has several spatters of painted-on blood.
