Our Wicked Witch of the West costume has an elastic waist with olive and black overlay and padded sleeves that narrow at the elbow. The dress is made of a stretchy polyester material. The costume comes complete with a black/olive reversible cape that ties at the neck and a wire rimmed witch's hat is accented with a black/olive reversible tie.
