Our teen tutu Dorothy costume is a classic look with a stylish twist! The fun costume consists of a white leotard that has short sleeves and is made from a polyester and spandex blend. Polyester also lines the top of the blue, mesh tutu that has an elastic waist band for a secure and comfortable fit. A checkered apron is worn over the leotard and tutu for a signature Wizard of Oz look. The apron ties behind the waist and is trimmed with lace on the bottom. Matching checkered hair bows are also included.
