This costume has the authentic features you'd expect from a traditional Dorothy costume, along with all the shimmer and sparkle you can imagine! The top of dress is made of shiny white satin. Blue and white checkered trim, topped with iridescent sequins, decorates the neckline and sleeves. The apron straps are sewn onto top of dress, and two white buttons accent the shoulder straps. Shiny silver iridescent sequins cover the body of apron from top to bottom, and a white crinoline lace-trimmed petticoat is sewn onto underside of dress at waistline. The dress closes at back with a strip of Velcro. There is also a tie at back, which has the same checkered pattern as the rest of apron. This shimmery dress will shine, even on the darkest of nights! Don't forget to add red ruby slippers and Toto in a basket to complete the look. **Please note that the lace does not peek out at the bottom as shown in the image.
