This Dorothy dog costume will make your dog the hit of the party. The 100% polyester costume is loaded with authentic details, like a blue and white checkered apron style skirt and an attached white satin top. The dress attaches to your dog with Velcro at the back of the collar. The strip of Velcro is 3 inches long so you can adjust the fit according to your dog's neck size. Front plush "arms" are sewn onto front of dress. The arms are sewn into "hands" at the ends. One of the hands holds a small fabric basket.
