Meet up with Dorothy on your Halloween travels this Halloween. This three-piece costume includes a hat, shirt and pants. The black, pointy hat has a circumference of 18". It has an attached gold hood that has a large hole for the face. Below the hole, an elastic band tightens the hood around the neck and the extra fabric lays over the shirt. The green shirt is made of polyester and cotton. It closes with two sets of snaps on the shoulders and a double row of snaps down the torso. An elastic wristband create a flare on the end of the long sleeves and fringe lines the sleeves and embellishes the chest. Fringe also trims the bottom of the pant legs which have an elastic band over the ankles. The brown pants have two large, green circles sewn on the front with a yellow circle on the side. The pants are secured with an elastic waistband. Carry a Wizard of Oz treat bag as a complementing accessory this Halloween.
