Our teen Dorothy costume dress includes a blue and white checkered polyester dress with attached cotton blouse. Blouse has blue and white checkered trim and a 1 1/2" stand up collar that ties in the back. Dress comes complete with attached lace trim petticoat. This is an officially licensed Wizard of Oz™ costume.
